Go east on Rt. 54 to Williamsville curve and continue on for 1 mile. Take a left on Rt. 20 (Zion Church Rd.) and go 1.5 miles. Then, take a right on Bayard Rd. (Alt. 54) Go 2 ½ miles (continue around the curve) and take a right on Central Ave. (Rt. 365) at red abandoned pizza building and go 2.8 miles (cross past Beaver Dam Rd.) then take a left on Cedar Drive. Go .4 miles (past Giant Food) and take a quick left and immediate right turn into Beebee (Hospital) ER Clinic area (next to Food Lion) and go behind the clinic to 203 Atlantic Ave. to Sussex Family Practice of T. Jeff Dunn, M.D.

Go north on Coastal Highway 6 miles. Be aware of speed traps in South Bethany and Bethany. Take left (at Bethany Beach totem pole) * going west on Rt. 26 (Garfield Parkway, changing to Atlantic Ave.) go 2.5 miles (milestones are: 1 mile to bridge and on 1 more mile past Rt. 357 and Lord Baltimore Elem. And ½ mile more) take right into Creekside Plaza (across from Giant Food.)
